You can obtain cash points by doing the Mark of Battle Quest. Each quest npc have different prize points: "Quests npc's are located in Moa (Mall of America)"
Quest I : 12p Quest II : 8p Quest 3 : 4p Quest IV : 4p
After doing the quest you will be granted the item what you called Mark of Battle, to be able to make it cash points you must manually trade the item to:
Lynel
You can find this npc in the North part of Prontera City. This npc will trade the Mark of Battle into cash points.
