We apologize about the server disconnection, because server's host did not make any warnings/call about the brief shut down.
There is no roll-back happened. Unfortunately for those people who make a story about their missing stuff, Nice try eh!
If the logs did not show anything that you have in inventory, storage and only fall on the ground. Server will not re-imburesed
the stuff that you don't really own.
"If you have the stuff that is missing, you must provide you're screen shot of that specific thing."
Lastly since you guys are disappointed, I will be hosting an event when all of you are up in-game.
And we hope that you will be satisfied about the unexpected happenings.
