- Added Mark of battle quest in moa.
Q: How to get cash points? A: Simply do the quest and you will get Mark of battle.
To make the Mark of Battle into cash points, just talk to "Oscar" and trade it into cash.
That npc is located in north part of prontera. For each MoB is equivalent to #4 cash points.
