Cards Drop rate and exp rate

for the cards can we just buy it in npc instead of hunting them?
the drop rate and the exp rate plss increase it so its not hard
for the new players to level up their characters... Thanks!

then the server would suck if we just buy the cards from NPC.. thats why we're requesting dungeon / field level warper so that it'll be easier to find the monsters.. and dont increase the drop rate anymore its already x 5k.. just increase the mvp drop rate for both items and cards.. ^^
